I bring the joy of living and unconditional love to myself to the center of my heart. I let this feeling flow to all parts of my body and from now on my mind works together with my heart, in direct connection, flowing from the center of my chest to the top of my head. My heart beats in perfect rhythm with the attunement of love and the energy that creates all that is. Loving myself, everything in my life flows in the best possible way. Now, I understand that love is within me and I radiate this energy in all directions that comes back to me in abundance. I love myself, forgive and fully release the past and anyone who may have hurt me. I also forgive myself for not loving myself as I should have. Now, I live the present moment with joy, security and confidence in myself and in the Universe, because I know that everything is a reflection of my interior. I am open to receive love. I deserve to be loved and take care of myself the best possible way in all aspects of my life, from the food I eat, the house I live, the relationships and work I choose to engage in and everything else that pertains life.
